Donor Satisfaction Surveys
Let us know how donation services can be improved
Through this survey we are hoping to get a better understanding of your reasons for donating or not donating and how, in your opinion, the process can be improved. This applies to men and women in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We want to improve donor care in clinics: this questionnaire is all about what your experience has been like. The NGDT will use the information you give us to work with clinics to improve things for future donors.
This survey is anonymous and takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Most of the questions are multiple choice and there is space to add comments if you want to.
The results will be turned into an ongoing report for the NGDT and recommendations for improving services will be shared with clinics. They will also be used for research papers on improving donor care. You will never be personally identified in any report or publication based on this survey

Data protection: how we will look after your response
Although we would appreciate it if you could complete as much as possible, you can skip questions.
Your IP address is recorded to ensure we only receive one response per person.
Responses to the NGDT survey are confidential and individual responses will not be released or published. Survey results and any other publications based on this data will be reported in aggregate data sets.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the NGDT survey.
In The Media
Over the last ten years there’s been an increase in egg and sperm donors coming forward in the UK. This didn’t happen by accident. Media coverage, in whatever way, shape or form, has an important role to play. The more media inches, the more awareness, the more donors come forward.
It is as simple as that.
