Donor satisfaction surveys
The NGDT works with clinics to improve the experience of people who approach them to become donors.
We have asked donors to tell us about your experience - what was great, what could be improved - and we will use what you tell us to recommend positive changes that will make things better in future. We finished data collection on 1 June and the final report is now being written.
We will publish the results here on our website, and we'll also put updates in our blog and Facebook page.

You can now download the first report based on the first three months of results.
Data protection: how we will look after your response
Through this survey we are hoping to get a better understanding of your reasons for donating or not donating and how, in your opinion, the process can be improved.
Although we would appreciate it if you could complete as much as possible, you can skip questions.
Your IP address is recorded to ensure we only receive one response per person.
Responses to the NGDT survey are confidential and individual responses will not be released or published. Survey results and any other publications based on this data will be reported in aggregate data sets.
By participating in this survey, you recognise that the information provided on this survey will be used in a report for the sector, for research publications and other work aimed at improving donor care, and therefore grant the NGDT unrestricted use of this information.
